Create a game with AI
Make the Game in Your Head
Describe it. Remix AI builds a game you can play today, and makes it a trailer when you publish.
How It Works
- 1
Describe It
Say what the game is, like “a snake game where the snake is a train picking up passengers.” Remix turns it into a game plan.
- 2
Play and Refine
Play each build as soon as it is ready. Ask for changes, such as harder levels, new art or a boss fight, and the agent makes them.
- 3
Publish
Launch it when it is ready. Remix makes it an AI trailer, and your game gets its own page on remix.gg, plays in the Remix apps and can be embedded on any site.
Build Your Way
Studio on the Web
Describe your idea in Studio on remix.gg. Remix AI builds it in the cloud, so there is nothing to install.
Remix Desktop
Run Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode on your computer with the AI subscription you already have. Make mobile games, desktop games and 3D portal worlds.
Get Remix DesktopYour Own Coding Agent
Already coding? Point any agent at the Remix docs and CLI to build, test and upload a game from your own editor.

Trailers Made by AI
Publish a game and Remix makes it an AI trailer on its own, cut from real gameplay. Paid plans include an AI trailer with each Signature Build, and you can make more anytime from Studio’s Video tab.
Directs
Remix AI reads your game and writes the trailer’s script, shot by shot.
Records
Your real game is played and recorded in the cloud at 30 frames a second. No stock footage.
Goes Live
Once it passes review, the trailer plays on your game page, in Discover and on Remix TV.

Common Questions
- How do I create a game with AI?
- Describe the game in a sentence at remix.gg/create, like “Flappy Bird, but you’re a jetpack penguin in a neon city.” Remix AI turns it into a game plan, builds a game you can play, and changes it whenever you ask. When it is ready, publish it to remix.gg and the Remix apps for iOS and Android.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. You describe the game in plain words and an AI agent writes the code. If you do code, you can build with your own coding agent and the Remix CLI instead.
- How much does it cost to make a game?
- Making a game takes a Remix plan, from $5 a month. Hosting and publishing are included, and playing games on Remix is free.
- Which AI does Remix use?
- Studio on the web runs Remix AI, with a choice of models on paid plans. Remix Desktop runs the coding agent you already use: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode.
- Does Remix make trailers for my game?
- Yes. When you publish, Remix AI writes a trailer script, plays your game in the cloud and records it, then puts the trailer on your game page once it passes review. Paid plans include an AI trailer with each Signature Build, and you can make more from the Video tab in Studio.
- What kinds of games can I make?
- Arcade, puzzle, racing, strategy, word and sports games, real-time multiplayer games, 3D games built with Three.js, full-screen desktop games and portal worlds.
- Can I mix two games into one with AI?
- Yes. Name both games and the one rule that joins them, like “Flappy Bird, but every pipe you pass drops a Tetris piece.” Remix AI builds the mashup, and you can play it and ask for changes until it feels right.
- Where can people play my game?
- On its own page at remix.gg, in the Remix apps for iOS and Android, in Remix Desktop, and on any website where you embed it.
- Can I earn money from my games?
- Yes. Creator Rewards pays the top creators every Friday, based on how much their games are played: up to $100 a week.
